How My Process Works…..

For you to lose weight permanently AND feel in control of your eating, you have to change YOU.

This is why diets have not been a permanent solution. Diets only change what you are eating temporarily, and then you go back to your old ways of eating.

I have created a process that teaches you how to eat better forever, not eat perfectly for a short period of time.

You learn how to understand your brain, your habits, your emotions, and your desires.

You learn my process of deciding what to eat and following that plan.

In a world that is making weight loss & health seem very confusing, I offer a simple solution….

Become the woman who makes a plan and follows through with that plan.

  • no longer snacks all day.

  • can have 1 glass of wine.

  • knows exactly what she will eat.

  • finishes dinner, and doesn’t snack at night.

This is my beautiful little family. They love and support me, but let’s be honest, they don’t care what I weigh, or what size jeans I fit into.

Losing weight permanently was just for me. I was SO tired of making promises to do better tomorrow, only to give up over and over. I wanted to feel like myself in my body. I wanted to actually enjoy getting dressed in the morning!

After learning the skills I will teach you in my program, I can go on vacation and maintain my weight. I can go to the gym even when I don’t really feel like it. I can feel in control when I go to a restaurant.
