Hi, I’m Courtney.

And I believe we are capable of so much more than we realize.

I’m a Certified Body & Life Coach, with a BS in Human Development and a focus on Aging.

But more importantly, I’m a woman who has spent years doing this work in my own life.

I’m a mom of three grown sons, a wife, a business owner, a podcast host, a yoga and tennis lover...and a woman who wants to keep growing, changing, having fun, and seeing what I’m capable of.

I don't believe getting older means our world gets smaller. I believe it can get bigger.

We have life experience. We know ourselves better. We have wisdom. And we have the ability to decide how we want the next chapter of our lives to look.

But I haven't always trusted myself to create what I wanted.

For years, one of the places I struggled most was with my body and eating.

I would wake up determined to eat perfectly...and by the afternoon, I was changing my mind.

I'd make promises to myself and then break them.

I often felt like I had multiple personalities….the Courtney that wanted to be leaner, stronger and healthier, and the Courtney that just wanted to enjoy the present moment….and cookies.

And what frustrated me most was that I was capable and successful in so many other areas of my life.

Why couldn't I just follow through on this?

I thought I needed more discipline. More willpower. And definitely a better plan.

I didn't.

I needed to understand why I was thinking, feeling, and behaving the way I was.

That discovery changed much more than the way I ate.

Changing my mindset changed the way I lived.

When I learned to understand my brain, manage my emotions, question the thoughts I had always believed, and create habits I could actually live with, I stopped constantly starting over.

I learned to make decisions and trust myself to follow through.

Yes, I changed my body and the way I ate.

But the bigger transformation was who I became.

The work changed the way I take care of myself. The way I use my time. The goals I'm willing to go after. The way I experience difficult emotions. The expectations I have for my life.

And I'm still doing this work.

I'm still deciding what I want next...and learning, growing, changing, and seeing what I'm capable of.

That's why I became a coach.

Now I help other women do the same.

Most of the women I work with don't need someone to tell them what they should be doing.

They're smart. They're capable. They've already created good lives.

They want to know how to take what they know and actually live it.

How to trust themselves.

How to create habits that last.

How to stop quitting on what they really want.

How to take better care of their bodies, change their relationships, go after bigger goals, create more joy...or decide what they want this next chapter to look like.

I believe you can create meaningful change at any age.

Not by becoming an entirely different person.

By learning how to think differently, trust yourself, and follow through on what matters to you.

And that's the work I love doing with women.
